2011 and we already have a caller call in to the PGA Tour with a rules violation which disqualified Camilo Villegas from the first tournament of the season. Unbelievable. The rules was violated was rule 23-1, which states, "When a ball is in motion, a loose impediment that might influence the movement of the ball must not be removed" as well as 13-2, " A player must not improve or allow to be improved the position or lie his ball pressing a club on the ground" So two rules were broken.
