Hamstring Stretch

I spoke earlier about Hamstring Stretching.

Try these Seated Hamstring Stretch steps:
1. While seated place your right foot on your desk (bench)
2. With a slight flex in the knee reach forwards the toe to feel a stretch in the hamstring, lower back and calf muscle should feel a stretch.
3. Maintain a straight upper back during your stretching.
4. Hold for 10 seconds
5. Switch legs and repeat.
